CB039037Graduation is just around the corner…however, for some…it may have to be delayed a little.

High school seniors are very busy these days with many other commitments in addition to completing their high school senior graduation project. Not to mention, May is also the time of year when senioritis begins to take hold too.

The fact is, not everyone is able to complete their High School Senior Grad Project on time for one reason or another.

If you find that you’re one of those students that will have to present your grad project over the summer…here are some tips on presenting your high school senior grad project that may help.

- Get focused: come up with a plan and keep it simple…remember you can change the world AFTER you graduate…right now the goal is to graduate!

- Ask for help: you really have an advantage here…as most students are looking for help (mentoring, community support, funding for supplies, etc) during the school year. During the summer you will have less competition for those valuable resources!

- Practice with a friend: being prepared will take a lot of stress out of the presentation aspect of the project. Your friends will be a safe group to give your presentation too…so practice, practice, practice!

The high school senior grad project is an opportunity for you to prepare and present yourself on a much bigger level… than ever before. The skills you learn and use during your project… will be skills you use many times in your life after high school whether you are going on to college, serving in the military, staring a job, or entering entrepreneurship.
